Girraween Little Athletics – Registration Portal Link

Here is some important information to consider when registering.

  • Season Fees
    • Under 6 -17 Athletes $130 First Child – $110 Second Child
    • Tiny Tots – $100
  • Season Dates (subject to public health orders)
    • 1st competition night Friday 29 October
    • Training (Mondays & Wednesdays) will commence the week after NSW reaches the 80% vax rate
    • Mid-Season Break (December 18 – January 9)
    • Season Closes Friday 1 April 2022
  • Vaccination requirements until 1 December
    • All spectators/volunteers/competitors 16 and older are required to be fully vaccinated to attend training and competitions. Athletes with a vaccinated parent/guardian in attendance will not be allowed to participate.
    • Registration numbers will only be available for collection by vaccinated parents/guardians.
    • Numbers can be collected on Mondays and Wednesdays (6-7.30pm) @ CV Kelly
    • To assist athletes under the age of 16 with parents that are not fully vaccinated we will allow you to nominate one fully vaccinated person to be responsible for your children on training/competition nights. If nominated that person can only be responsible for their kids plus one other family (can not be responsible for multiple families that aren’t their own). In this case parents should seek approval by emailing glac51@bigpond.com  nominating the responsible person. That person may collect registration numbers on behalf of those kids (but only if prior approval is received from us via email)
    • Unvaccinated parents will not be allowed entry to the ground on training or competition nights – all ground users over the age of 16 will be required to show proof of vaccination upon entry.
  • The registration portal is new and will require you to re-enter personal details – where possible please try and use the same email address you have used in previous seasons
    • Create your game day account
    • Select new participant.
    • Enter your child’s name, with parents’ email and phone number.
    • Select only 1 member type for each child. (Eg: First Registering Child)
    • Please select both the LANSW Fee and the Girraween Fee to continue registration
    • You will then be required to complete address and questions.
    • Next page will see the summary, this will have both fees
    • Add your Active Kids Voucher and click on apply. It will then deduct the $100 from the payment. Voucher Provider is the NSW Government as displayed.
    • If adding another child click the register another person.
    • You must then select the appropriate 2nd/3rd/4th child.
    • The sibling discount will automatically be applied to the Girraween Fee
    • You can repeat for each child and make the payment.
    • Remember to only select one member type for each child

Please read the following information very carefully.

You may register and pay for your child/childrens registration in the following ways:

  1. Register and pay online with your credit/debit card (visa and mastercard only)

Then attend a registration session to pick up a registration kit and purchase any uniform items that your child/children may need, fill out your Working with Children check. The registration kit will include a registration information booklet, additional items of information, parental responsibility forms, an age patch and registration number patch for each child. New members will require presentation of proof of age (passport, birth certificate, blue book).

Parents are expected to assist on competition nights – there is a form that you will need to fill out to indicate your availablility to help during the evenings.
