During the cooler months it is wise to wear a black or white shirt only under the singlet top for warmth. It is important to note that it is a requirement of all official athletic carnivals that all athletes compete with their singlets tucked into their shorts.
All athletes must display their registration number on the front of the singlet or crop top, under the logo. The red border must be clearly visible. Regisrtartion numbers must be sewed or pinned in all four corners to ensure clear visibility for the finish line.
Age group patches are to be sewn to the left shoulder area of the singlet. For those wearing the Cropt top, you may sew the age patch on the front left leg of your shorts, so they may be easily seen by officials.
All athletes must wear appropriate uniform at all times. Athletes will not be permitted to compete bare footed.
