Ground Cancellations

If you are calling to determine whether competition nights have been cancelled due to ground closure please phone (02) 8757 9025 (recorded message) Council update the recorded message by 3pm Mon-Thu and 12pm Fri. Where advance notice is given by Cumberland Council of ground closure, we will endeavour to make an announcement through this site and on our Facebook page. General Enquiries

We ask that ALL phone enquiries are made between 3pm and 9pm Monday to Friday, Saturdays and Sundays between 9am and 9pm. Our committee are volunteers – they also have full time jobs and cannot answer athletics calls during work hours.

11am – 8pm weekends

Please do not call outside of these hours.
